There Are Two Hair Transplant Methods
The most successful methods of hair transplant treatments are Follicular unit transplantation(FUT) and Follicular unit extraction(FUE). As mentioned above, this treatment is taken from age 25 and above as the hair fall stabilizes. At the early age is below 18, the doctors cannot predict how much hair loss a person has. For both FUT and FUE treatments, enough hair is required for grafting. In both treatments, the newly transplanted hair falls off, which is quite normal after several weeks of the procedure. After the treatment, the patient may feel tightness and slight itching in the scalp, which is temporary discomfort.
Follicular Unit Transplant(FUT):
For the past 200 years, the hair transplant process has been evolving to the prime techniques of FUT transplant. For this surgery, the surgeon cuts the strip of skin from the head backside of the patient and extracts individual hair follicles, and then these are inserted into the balding parts of the scalp. Most people stay awake during the procedure as they are given local anesthesia, which numbs their scalp; this surgery takes 4 to 8 hours. It takes 4 months for the hair to grow after the surgery, and the final complete recovery can be seen after 12 months.
Follicular Unit Extraction(FUE):
In this procedure, the hair follicles are taken from the healthy region’s back head and implanted in the bald area under local anesthesia. After the procedure, the patient heals faster with minimal pain. Healing is faster with less discomfort, and the patient recovers within 3 to 5 days with no stitches.

The Difference Between FUE & FUT :
In the FUE procedure, the surgeon extracts hair follicles from the donor area and then implants them delicately into the holes of the bald area. The surgeon can implant several strands of hair in 1 session. The cut scalp is covered with gauze or bandages for a few days post-surgery.
In this procedure, the surgeon cuts a strip of incision several inches long, and the follicular unit is then transplanted. Then the incisions are stitched.
Conclusion:
Due to hair loss, people feel old and get depressed; in such situations, a hair transplant is the best solution to gain self-confidence. There are artificial, and natural hair implants can add to certain parts of the scalp to reduce baldness.
